LAS VEGAS — An international jewelry cleaning and beauty contest winner who won the Las Vegas jewelry cleaner and beauty beauty award on Monday will receive $7 million in the prize purse, the Las Venetian Resort & Casino announced.
Bridget L. Johnson, 56, a native of Dallas, Texas, was among a group of nominees in the World’s Top 10 Best Beauty Awards category on Monday night, with the prize winning winner receiving a $5 million prize.
The winner of the contest will be announced at a later date.
“I am very excited to be able to share with you my story and to present my winning jewelry cleaner in this very special event,” Johnson said in a statement.
“I hope you enjoy this moment, and I hope you will vote for me for the title of World’s Most Beautiful Beauty Award winner.”
Johnson is the second beauty to win the Las Vuitton Beach Beauty and Cleaning Award for the 2017 season, after she won the prize in 2016.
The beauty award, which was presented by Louis Vuitton, recognizes the beauty of the world’s most beautiful beaches.
The award is given to the beautyiest beach, a person, or a place, that meets the requirements of beauty in the following categories:The contest was launched in 2006 and is run by the American Beauty Council, which organizes beauty events across the country.
